As a CAD Technician, you’ll help turn creative ideas into technically considered, buildable solutions — developing concepts into accurate drawings and 3D models for production. We’re looking for technically minded, detail-focused people who enjoy understanding how things work and finding practical solutions to design challenges.

You’ll need confidence working with CAD software, with SolidWorks experience expected, alongside a willingness to develop your technical skills across materials, construction, fabrication and production. An understanding of manufacturing processes and an appreciation of good design are a real advantage.

We’re looking for people who are curious, methodical and collaborative, with the patience to get the details right and the imagination to contribute to the creative process.
